When I decided about three years ago that I wanted to become a vegetarian, I was honestly a little worried about not being able to cook enough stuff that will give me all of the nutrients you would normally get from meat but still need to function regularly. Well, out of all of this I've just become a much better cook and I've actually enjoyed all of this cooking!

I was online looking through some of my favorite vegetarian blogs when I stumbled across Http://DomainNames.com. I looked through it some and after that I decided to buy a domain name from there and record my plight of being a vegetarian and coming up with amazing recipes to go with that.
Plus I also think that it will be fun. First of, I'm going to start with some mediterranean pizza. I really do love pizza and it's an easy way to sneak in a lot of veggies and other essentials without too much work in the kitchen.
